At Station Art, we believe the excitement should start the moment your package arrives. We don’t just ship products; we send out a little piece of our studio to yours. Every order is hand-packed with care to ensure your artistic tools arrive in pristine condition.

Processing Times
Because we give every order a final quality check and personal touch:
Standard Orders: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and pack your order.
Custom/Handmade Items: If your item is made-to-order, it may take 5–7 business days to ship. We will keep you updated every step of the way!

Delivery Estimates
Once your package leaves our hands, here is when you can expect it:
Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days.
International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on your location).

Packaging & Protection
We hate plastic as much as you do. Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly, recyclable, or reusable packaging. Your notebooks and pens are wrapped securely to prevent any bends or ink leaks, because we know how important a fresh page is.

Tracking Your Creativity
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your art supplies on their journey from our desk to your door.

Missing or Damaged Items?
While we trust our couriers, accidents can happen. If your stationery arrives damaged or "lost in transit," please email us at zunairamuzammil420@gmail.com within 48 hours. We’ll make it right—guaranteed.
